1)After client confirmed the order material and the quantity.we send them profoma invoice and they sign back.
2)Afer receiving advance payment(usually 30%),we start to produce according profoma invoice.
3)Finished the production,we send producing pictures to client for confirmation.
4)After getting client's confirmation,we load the products for client.Then ship to client's destination port.
5)About one week or more after shipping,we will send client the shipping documents copy such as:Commercial Invoice,Packing List,Bill of Lading,Form A by mails.
6)Then client pays the 70% balance payment to us,after receiving 70% balance payment money,we will send all of documents to client by DHL or telex release soon.
7)Client gets all the original documents,then clears customs and gets container.

Delivery time is based on material and quantity.For general products,usually 5-10days finish 1-5 container;For customized products, it needs to be calculated according to the specific situation.
Minimum order quantity:Most products require at least one wooden box or one pallet.

Usually,our clients ordered the whole container, because it the best way to save freight cost and lower their cost.But we do not have any restrict of our client, just order as they want, the quantity is decided by themself.

For the first cooperation,our payment terms as below:
1) 30% T/T in advance after confirm order+70% T/T balance against B/L copy
2) 100% irrevocable L/C at sight
In future, when both of us know more each other,we can try the best to offer you better payment terms.

In order to have a good start with our clients,in addition to offering competitive prices,we will try to give reasonable discounts according to client's orders.

For our products,we have a strict produce control:
1)Our quality control people check the quality during producing,surface processing,packing to guarantee all products are in good situation.
2)Our packing workers make each pc products clear and packing into strong pallets or wooden crates.
3)Our loading people trying their best to make sure each container loading stable and stronger to avoid damage or broken during shipping and inland transportation.
4)Our internation dept.and service dept.confirm everything with client in advance to confirm no mistake happen.We keep answering every question in time.
For each order,we take photos for producing,surface processing,packing,loading and send to our clients,so that they can understand well the order situation,until our clients feel satisfied.
